WALKING WARM-UP DRILLS
Snake Drill
 
Purpose:
Improve hip Flexibility
Steps:
  1. Walking using correct race walking technique
  2. Walk in an imaginary snake or S shaped line.
  3. Walk with slightly shorter strides than usual.
  4. Walk as quickly as possible.
  5. Perform this exercise for 30 yards.

Please consult your doctor before trying any of these stretches.
Beginner walkers may find them too stressful.
