- Build coordination and hip flexibility
- Place both arms at your side as if you were cross country skiing
(arms at 90 degrees).
- Race walk with a normal stride, however swing your arms back
like a cross country skier (arms still at 90 degrees).
- Bring arms over your head in front of you.
- Perform this exercise for 30 yards.
