WALKING WARM-UP DRILLS
Quick Steps - Arms Out
 
Purpose:
Build Speed and Increase Turnover Rate, Help Reduce Overstriding in Front of the Body.
Steps:
  1. Place both parallel with the ground at shoulder height (like an airplane).
  2. Race walk with short quick steps
  3. Perform this exercise for 30 yards.
