WALKING WARM-UP DRILLS
Arm Curls While Walking
 
Purpose:
Allow you to relax your upper body and improve your coordination
Steps:
  1. Start in a standing position.
  2. Lower one hand and shoulder while bringing the other arm up to the shoulder.
  3. Allow both arms and shoulders to make small counter clockwise circles.
  4. Perform this exercise for 30 yards.

Please consult your doctor before trying any of these stretches.
Beginner walkers may find them too stressful.
