STANDING WARM-UP DRILLS
Walk Against the Wall

Purpose:

Overall Warm-up
Steps:
  1. Place both hands against the wall or tree in front of you.
  2. Drop your head and plant your feet.
  3. Walk in place.
  4. Perform this exercise 10 times for each leg.

Please consult your doctor before trying any of these stretches.
Beginner walkers may find them too stressful.
