While Walking Fun Stuff
STANDING WARM-UP DRILLS
These flexibility drills will help strengthen, lengthen, and generate greater range of motion from your “walking” muscles and can be done while standing in place or against a wall. Click on the link to see larger pictures and a description of how to perform each drill. The drills are broken into categories, free standing or against the wall.
