STANDING WARM-UP DRILLS
2 Person Groin Stretch

 

Purpose:
Loosen up the hips
Steps:
 
  1. Find a partner you can trust.
  2. Using your partner for balance, extend on leg and place the weight on the other, as shown.
  3. Move to a standing position and then swing down into the original position with your wieght on your bent leg.
  4. Perform this exercise for about 10 times.

THOSE WITH BAD BAD KNEES SHOULD SKIP THIS ONE!!!

Please consult your doctor before trying any of these stretches.
Beginner walkers may find them too stressful.
