STANDING WARM-UP DRILLS
- Improve Hip Flexibility
- Place both hands against the wall or tree in front of your body.
- Stand over an arms length from the wall
- Make a circle with your hips, swaying out and around while
trying to keep your body straight.
- Perform this exercise for about 20 seconds.
THOSE WITH BAD LOWER BACKS SHOULD
SKIP THIS ONE!!!
