STANDING WARM-UP DRILLS
Bend Down and Sweep Arms
- Loosen up the upper body
- Stand with your feet at shoulder's length apart.
- Hold one arm in front of the body the other behind, as shown.
- Swing the arms forward and back as you bend down and stand up.
- Perform this exercise for 20-30 seconds.
